The Cellulose Fiber Plus Mulch is filled with many key materials that are specially formulated and guaranteed to be smoothly sprayable. For better performance, it is designed to not have a paper mache effect or use any recycled newsprint/ink. The recommended process is to mix the cellulose with binding additives per the manufacturer’s recommendation rate.
